Warranty Policy

Moorizon 3-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage (Residential Use Only)

     Moorizon provides a three-year limited warranty for products purchased directly from Moorizon, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use.

     If you purchased through an authorized retailer, please see the “Purchases from Authorized Retailers” section below.

     This warranty is for indoor residential use only and does not apply to commercial, contract, or rental use unless agreed in writing before purchase.

 

Warranty Start Date & Coverage Area

     The warranty begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier’s delivery scan and applies only to eligible orders delivered within the Contiguous U.S. (48 states only).

 

Purchases from Authorized Retailers

     If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer where you placed your order to initiate the warranty request.

     The retailer will coordinate with Moorizon for evaluation and support as needed. (We generally cannot process warranty claims directly from end customers for retailer purchases without retailer coordination.)

     Warranty handling for authorized retailer purchases is subject to the retailer’s process and any applicable retailer policies.

 

What We Will Do (Remedy Process)

     If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Moorizon may provide a remedy in the following order, as permitted by law:

  • Replacement Parts: Shipped to you at no cost for a confirmed covered defect (parts and standard shipping included; expedited services are not included).
  • Replacement: Replacement with the same item; if discontinued, a comparable item of similar style and value may be provided, subject to availability.
  • Refund: A refund may be offered when a parts/repair remedy or replacement is not available, or where required by law and consistent with your purchase channel.

     If a replacement is offered and you choose not to accept it, Moorizon may offer a refund where appropriate, consistent with applicable law and your purchase channel.

 

Professional Installation Requirement (Lighting / Hardwired Items)

       For products that require professional installation (including hardwired lighting and other items where applicable), warranty coverage requires proof of compliant professional installation, such as a paid invoice from a licensed professional.

     Claims may be declined if the issue is caused by improper installation or if installation documentation is not provided when required.

 

Bulbs / Drivers / Transformers

  • Replaceable Bulbs: Covered for 180 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier’s delivery scan (defects only).
  • LED Drivers/Transformers: Covered for the full three-year period.

 

Shipping Damage & Missing Parts (Consistency with Other Policies)

     Please inspect your order upon delivery.

     1). Shipping damage should be reported within 10 business days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s delivery scan, with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Minor, repairable issues or damage to replaceable components may be handled through the warranty process (parts/repair).
  • Major, non-repairable damage may be handled under our Return & Exchange & Refund Policy.

     2). Missing Parts: Please report missing parts within 10 business days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s delivery scan; confirmed cases are typically handled via replacement parts at no charge. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible.

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

     This warranty does not cover:

  • misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • natural material characteristics and variations (including color, grain, veining, texture, and hand-finishing), which are not defects;
  • outdoor use or exposure to abnormal environmental conditions (excess moisture, heat sources, salt air, prolonged direct sunlight, etc.);
  • commercial, contract, or rental use unless agreed in writing before purchase (warranty terms may differ by project);
  • cosmetic issues that do not affect intended function;
  • service visits, labor, or installation costs (unless required by law or stated in writing).

     Handcrafted characteristics (e.g., minor bubbles in hand-blown glass or hand-finished texture variations) are natural variations and not manufacturing defects.

 

Parts Shipping & Fees

     Replacement parts for confirmed covered defects or approved shipping damage are provided at no charge where applicable.

     If damage is determined to be customer-caused or outside warranty coverage, parts and shipping may be offered at the customer’s expense.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

     To start a warranty claim, please contact us and provide:

  • order number and proof of purchase;
  • delivery date (carrier delivery scan);
  • photos/video of the issue;
  • installation invoice (if professional installation is required for the product);
  • and any additional information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim.

     Moorizon may request troubleshooting steps, additional documentation, or inspection to confirm eligibility.

 

Legal Rights

     This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

     To the maximum extent permitted by law, incidental or consequential damages are excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

     Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
