Warranty Policy

All eligible Moorizon products are protected by a two-years limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Moorizon or an authorized retailer, and is extended solely to the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

• Normal wear and tear, natural variations in color, texture, or grain

• Commercial or rental use beyond residential application

• Exposure to abnormal environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, sunlight, etc.)

Exclusions

• Light bulbs and other consumable components are excluded once unboxed and confirmed in good condition at delivery.

• Any incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Warranty Claims
To initiate a claim, proof of purchase must be provided. Moorizon reserves the right to inspect the product to determine eligibility under this policy. Repair, replacement, or refund will be offered at Moorizon’s discretion, subject to product availability.
