How it ships
Every Moorizon fixture leaves the warehouse carefully protected. The fixture, canopy, hardware and delicate components are secured separately with fitted cushioning so nothing moves freely inside the box.
Why we pack this way
Lighting combines glass, metal, stone and other finely finished materials that can be sensitive to impact. Our packaging is designed to keep pressure away from delicate surfaces and reduce movement throughout transit.
When it arrives
Inspect the outer box before signing if youcan. Open carefully, lift the fixture by its frame or supported structure —
never by the cables or wiring — and keep the packaging until the piece is safely installed.
If something arrives damaged
Send us photos of the fixture and packaging as soon as possible. For verified transit damage, we’ll make it right inaccordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy — with no restocking fee on approved quality-related claims.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled and unmodified, with the original packaging and all included parts. A written RMA approval is required before returning your order.
Changed your mind?
Return shipping is your responsibility and a 10% restocking fee applies.
Product issue or shipping damage?
For verified defects, shipping damage or incorrect items, Moorizon covers return shipping and waives the restocking fee.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take up to 30 days after we receive your return to fully process.

Designed to be enjoyed for years. Your Moorizon lighting is covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

Professional installation may be required. Please keep your electrician or contractor invoice for warranty support.
Natural variations in stone, glass, color,veining and hand-finishing are part of each piece’s character and are not considered defects. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage and improper installation are not covered.

Independently tested by SGS, one of the world’s largest testing and certification bodies, to UL 1598, the North American safety standard for luminaires.
What the test covers
Electrical insulation, grounding
continuity, thermal behavior at full brightness over sustained operation,
structural loading of the suspension points, and flame resistance of materials.
What it means at home
Rated for dry indoor locations: dining
rooms, bedrooms, entries, living spaces, and sloped ceilings up to 20°. Not rated for bathrooms with enclosed showers or exterior use.

From Earth to Light
A Halo of Stone
Switch it on and the whole ring turns to glowing stone. One unbroken circle, no bright dots, soft enough to look right at.
One of One
Lights off, its calcite veins still hold the room. No two rings match, so yours won't look like the photo, and that's the point.
Bright or Low
Light pours from the stone ring and its underside. Turn it up to light the room, or down low and warm for dinner.
A Sharp Black Edge
