Protective Packaging
How it ships
Every Moorizon fixture leaves the warehouse carefully protected. The fixture, canopy, hardware and delicate components are secured separately with fitted cushioning so nothing moves freely inside the box.
Why we pack this way
Lighting combines glass, metal, stone and other finely finished materials that can be sensitive to impact. Our packaging is designed to keep pressure away from delicate surfaces and reduce movement throughout transit.
When it arrives
Inspect the outer box before signing if youcan. Open carefully, lift the fixture by its frame or supported structure —
never by the cables or wiring — and keep the packaging until the piece is safely installed.
If something arrives damaged
Send us photos of the fixture and packaging as soon as possible. For verified transit damage, we’ll make it right inaccordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy — with no restocking fee on approved quality-related claims.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled and unmodified, with the original packaging and all included parts. A written RMA approval is required before returning your order.
Changed your mind?
Return shipping is your responsibility and a 10% restocking fee applies.
Product issue or shipping damage?
For verified defects, shipping damage or incorrect items, Moorizon covers return shipping and waives the restocking fee.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take up to 30 days after we receive your return to fully process.

- Manufacturing defects
- LED drivers & transformers — 3 years
- Replaceable bulbs — 180 days

The Urban Glow Collection
A Warm Line of Glass and Light
Mirror to Amber
Lights off, the smoked glass rods look like a dark mirror over the table. Switch it on and they glow amber.
Dinner-Party Light
Light pours through the ribbed glass, flattering food, faces and every raised glass. Dinner or drinks, the whole party looks its best.
Built for the Long Table
One long line of light instead of a row of pendants, so everyone at the island, bar or table sits in the same light.
Your Own Bar
Crown-like nickel scrolls cap each end, giving your home bar a hotel-bar feel. Turn it low when everyone's asleep, and the best seat is yours.
THE URBAN GLOW COLLECTION
Golden Hour, All Evening
Made for long dining tables in warm, paneled rooms, its smoked glass and nickel play off walnut, soft linen chairs and greige walls. When the sun slips behind the trees, it picks up where the daylight left off, and dinner runs late.
